Taste of KCK
Resurrection's signature event, Taste of KCK, is held the last weekend of January. The evening celebrates the food, culture, and community that makes KCK such a special place. Proceeds support academic programs, curriculum purchases, classroom supports, need-based scholarships, and the day-to-day expenses of operating a school.
Guardian Angel Fund
The Guardian Angel Fund exists to provide tuition support to families experiencing sudden struggles, such as job loss, illness, or the loss of a parent. This fund ensures that a child's education is not interrupted during times of difficulty.
Sips for Scholarships
Sips for Scholarships is Resurrection's annual scholarship fundraising event. Held each July at Boulevard Brewery in Kansas City, MO, all proceeds are used for need-based scholarships for students. These scholarships give the child an opportunity that they otherwise would not have had.
RCS Raffle Fundraiser
Each fall, Resurrection has a parent-led raffle fundraiser. All RCS families participate in this event, selling $5 raffle tickets throughout the community. The proceeds will go to assist with the many costs of operating a school. The raffle includes a $1,500 prize drawing, $500 prize drawing, and $25o prize drawing. The prize drawing will take place on October 12th, 2023 after the Walk-a-thon. The winner will be announced on Facebook .
RCS Days at Area Restaurants
Thanks to the generosity of restaurants like Chipotle, Panera Bread, and Panda Express, on specific days, a percentage of purchases will be donated back to Resurrection.
Donations and Memorials
General donations can be made one time or on a recurring basis of your choosing (e.g. monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, yearly). You may also choose to make a donation in memory of someone.
Endowment & Legacy Gifts
You may choose to make a contribution to Resurrection Catholic School's endowment fund. This fund exists to ensure the presence of Resurrection for years to come. Those wishing to include Resurrection in their legacy (planned estate) are invited to join our Legacy Society.
Sharing Your Time and Talents
For those wishing to share their time and talents, there are a variety of ways to volunteer and get involved at Resurrection.
