Rob joined the RCS Board in 2021. He is the owner of Puente Marketing Communications, which focuses on the growing Hispanic community throughout the U.S. He was the past Board Chair for The Nelson Atkins Museum Friends of Art Council and El Centro Inc. He and his wife Rebecca have four daughters and have lived in Kansas City since 1997.

Lynn joined the BOT in 2019. She has extensive experience as a Human Resources professional having worked for various companies including Payless Cashways, Tennebaum-Hill Associates, and Hallmark Cards, Inc.

Mindy Rocha

Mindy joined the BOT in 2021. She attended Our Lady of Unity Elementary School and graduated from Bishop Ward High School. She is an officer for our local National Association of Women in Construction, Community Vice President for Junior League of Wyandotte and Johnson Counties, a Director for Mechanical Contractors Association of Kansas City, and a Director for Young Women on the Move.

Lilli joined the BOT in 2020. She attended St. Joseph Grade School and High School. Lilli is a CPA and worked at Coopers and Lybrand. She was the Executive Vice President of Dinner Playhouse, before becoming the Executive Director of American Heartland Theatre. She was the CEO and COO of Central Exchange, a non-profit organization dedicated to woman leadership. Currently, Lilli works at Dylan Corporate Services

Fr. Anthony Saiki

Fr. Anthony Saiki is the pastor at the Cathedral of St. Peter the Apostle in Kansas City, Kansas.

Father Peter is the pastor at Holy Family Catholic Church in Kansas City, Kansas.

Lucy Moreno

Lucy joined the Board of Trustees in 2018. She attended Our Lady of Unity Elementary School and graduated from Bishop Ward High School.

Becky Keith
Becky joined the board in 2022. She has taught in the elementary setting for 38 years, 36 of those years in Blue Valley. She has taught 3rd grade, 5th grade, and most recently served as a elementary gifted education teacher for 1st through 5th graders. She has her masters in education in addition to a special education gifted degree. She is a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.

Mary joined the BOT in 2022. She is the Vice President, CRA Officer at Academy Bank and Armed Forces Bank. She has been in leadership roles in the banking industry for 35+ years serving on various Boards. She currently serves on the Board of the National Assoc of Asian American Professionals KC & CREW KC (Commercial Real Estate for Women) She also serves as Co-Chair of the Table Committee for Catholic Charities of NE KS, Snow Ball.
Bill Hutton
Board Member,
Bill has been a small business owner and attorney in downtown KCK for 45 years. He is deeply involved in the local community, supporting schools like Resurrection and Bishop Ward, coaching youth sports, and serving in leadership roles with the YMCA. He and his wife created The Corkhouse, a community event space, and he looks forward to strengthening partnerships between Resurrection and the local business community.

Amanda Vega - Mavec
Board Member,
Amanda Vega-Mavec, Ed.D., joined the RCS Board of Trustees in 2025. She is the Executive Director of Start at Zero, supporting healthy early childhood development. With over 20 years in education, Dr. Vega has taught bilingual 5th grade, served as a K–8 principal, and worked in public, charter, and parochial schools across four states. Her expertise is in multilingual learning, and she previously directed the dual language early childhood program at El Centro, Inc.
Barb Swanson

Barbara joined the BOT in 2021. Barb is retired and spent 25 years in the Forensic Science field as a Serologist and DNA scientist at the Indianapolis/Marion Co crime lab and Kansas Bureau of Investigation. She is a member of Holy Trinity Catholic parish in Lenexa, KS.
